This hybrid Ayurvedic Indian-Tibetan massage has all the benefits of a Swedish massage plus more.  This profoundly relaxing, balancing and customized massage integrates marma (pressure) points, aromatherapy and massage techniques for your current imbalance (vikriti).   Please note, this is not a deep pressure massage.

Highly relaxing massage that is a great addition to your health & wellness routine! Manual Lymph Drainage technique assists and clears up blockages to help the body's healing process by keeping this waste removal system flowing efficiently.  May also be beneficial for those effected with Fibromyalgia, autoimmune disorders and chronic pain. Includes aromatherapy. This is a light pressure massage. 

60 minute session + consultation - $95
